Although all orders are final, we do offer our Free Size Exchanges. Once an item has shipped we do not offer refunds unless item has been defective we will do our best to ship out a replacement item to you immediately. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

We understand that sometimes shopping online can be frighten and discouraging when you are unsure about sizing. To help some of your worries we offer all customers a Free Size Exchange with your order as long as the item is returned in perfect condition. Size Exchange MUST be the same item purchase. We request customer pays for the return of item as we will pay for the new size to be shipped.

If exists any mistake of the customer about the shipping address or any type of this situation, unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for any charge fee to have your package head to the final destination.
